(Level swing)
1. Move the sword over the head
2. Sword blade and ground are pararrel
3. Place down the sword above the elbow
4. Make a horizontal cut rightward with Gihap (Ilgum)
5. Put the sword on right side
6. Make a leftward horizontal swing with Gihap (Egum) |

(Every direction swing)
1. Make a straight downward swing
2. Make a left to center downward swing
3. Make a right to center downward swing
4. Make a horizontal swing rightward
5. Move the sword upward and block the left side of the head
6. Make a right to left downward swing
7. Move the sword upward and block the left side of the head
8. Make a left to right downward swing with Gihap
* Gwangja begi is a combination of Samdan begi, Whengdan Ilgum and Bi-kyeo begi. |

1. From Gimaseh, move right foot and slightly touch to left foot
2. Move right forward and make the angle of the knee 90 degree
3. Slowly make Gyeon jeok
4. Keeping Daedo, turn around and make a straight downward swing
5. Getting back to front side and make a straight downward swing with Gihap |

Bumdo and Junwhoo begi
1. Keeping Gyeon jeok, move right foot a little bit back and make both knees 90 degree
2. 2/3 of the weight goes to the rear leg (left leg)
3. Move right step forward and make Daedo
4. Turn around and change stance to Bumdo making a straight downward swing
5. Move left leg forward to make Daedo & turn around to the front and making a straight downward swing with Gihap in Bumdo stance |

1. Move left leg backward and bend 90 degree, straightening right leg
2. Making the sword upright on right side, put left leg in front of right leg, toes above right knee
3. Make Gyeon jeok in natural step
4. Turning around, make a rightward horizontal cut with right hand and Gihap
5. Making the swrod upright on right side, put right leg up in front of left leg, toes above the left knee |

1. Make Daedo putting right leg forward
2. Drag left leg forward making Gyeon jeok
3. Turn around & make Daedo putting left leg forward
4. Dragging right leg forward, make a straight downward swing
5. Turn around & make Daedo putting right leg forward
6. Dragging left leg forward, make a straight downward swing with Gihap |

1. Making natural step with right leg front, make a Chi gi (hitting)
2. Move right leg backward making a slant downward cut with right hand and Gihap
3. In no. 2, bend right leg while left leg is stretched out
4. Turn the body to the front and move the sword up above the head
5. Lean upper body forward |

1. Move right foot forward and make natural step
2. Lower the sword and put it on the right side |
